Update:I reached out to the seller even though my purchase was over 90 days and beyond the return period. I had little hope that the seller would care… but the seller asked me to return the item for repair and I did. Today I received the repaired Tion brush back and tested it. Good as new! Communication was great throughout. A shoutout to Hazel. Excellent customer service. Thank you. Now 4 stars instead of 1 !!Bought this product on Sept 23 and used it couple of times. Then I went on an extended trip and returned early December. Plugged it in and turned it on. All lights would keep blinking non stop. Tried holding down the on/off plus the UP or DOWN arrow. Nothing. Is it broken? Am I forgetting something? Paid full price! Too late to return. I’m so upset and disappointed.
